I didn't think of going back down the ramp -- tricky gameplay.

FYI, the emerald secret must be obtained immediately after using that jumpswitch. When Lara goes back out from the ramp onto the former flame tile the secret door closes.

Eine Frage allgemein zu TEN-Levels gibt es ein Tastaturkürzel um Screenshots zu machen, welche dann im Level-Ordner abgelegt werdenAlso so wie F3 bei TR4 Levels?

There is a new version of TR Ex-Oblivione on TRCustoms -- Version 3. This new version supposedly corrects the savegame bug caused by moving pushables in the Cold Waste level, and prevents a softlock with the breakable tiles in the Sarkomand level.

Savegames from Version 1 levels 1, 2, and 3 will NOT work in Versions 2 or 3 of the game. Savegames from Version 2 levels 2 and 3 will NOT work in Version 3 of the game. The latter levels have not been updated at this time (but maybe in a possible future Version 4 etc.-- I hope not).

I am now playing Version 3 of the game using my existing savegames from the Ygiroth level. Hopefully, there will be no more bugs.

Word of advice to some beta testers -- do not test the game only like an expert speed demon player. Test the game by SAVING everywhere even if it slows you down. Otherwise, you will not find some of the serious game flaws/bugs. This has always been a problem with the TR engines derived from the Core Design games.

If you are playing Version 2 and are in levels 1 or 2, then download Version 3 and use your last savegame from level 1 (Version 2) in the new Version 3. This will save you a lot of gameplay trouble from levels 2 and 3.

You must get to the top of this pillar by climbing the ladders on the tall pillars in the background in front of the picture and doing back jumps to each pillar to get to the one with the jumpswitch.

NOTE: If you post savegames, you must specify which version of the game you are playing. You are playing V1, but I am playing V3. Prologue savegames from V1 are NOT compatible in V2 or V3. There are serious bugs in levels 2 and 3 which were corrected in Version 3.

Please note that the savegames get progressively larger as you advance in the levels. Savegames in level 6 are approximately 65MB each. Posting pictures is more appropriate for help advice.

Ich kann Version 7 und 6 nicht starten, hat das noch jemand? Bei doppelclick auf "Play" kommt die kurze Nachricht mit dem Press CTRL for Setup usw... weiter geht es nicht... Ich werde morgen nochmal die anderen Versionen schauen.

Ich habe bei mir nur die Version 3 und Version 7 diese funktionieren bei mir (die anderen habe ich wieder gelöscht) weil ich immer noch auf die letzte End-Version warte

und wenn du im Setup, zuerst die Einstellungen machst geht das? Achtung ich habe dies nur kurz gemacht... da ich aber vorher schon ein TEN-Level von l.m. (Jungle Fever) gespielt hatte, so denke ich mal... dann sind die Einstellungen noch vorhanden...

wenn man aber als 1. einen TEN-Level spielt dann erscheint eine solche Standart-Anzeige> =einstellungen.jpg= wo du dann diese Einstellungen zuerst machen musst.

Ergänzung: Es könnte auch sein, das dein "PC oder Laptop" eine alte Grafikkarte oder CPU hat und diese von der 10-Engine nicht unterstützt wird

Danke dir, ich hatte schon TEN Levels gespielt auf diesem Laptop, auch die Version 1 von Ex Oblivione ging vor kurzem noch, dann hatte ich sie gelöscht und wieder gedownloadet und sie geht nun auch nicht mehr. Komisch evtl. hat sich in meinem System etwas geändert seit kurzem....??? Das Level-Setup kann ich auch nicht aufrufen...

Es scheinen auf einmal einige (fast alle) TEN level nicht mehr zu gehen, z.B. Shadows of Valhalla geht...

Die Frage ist: Kannst du die PLAY.exe starten? danach sollte kurz diese Anzeige kommen:

wenn du nicht ins Setup gehst, dann erscheint autom. der Startbildschirm

Genau soweit komme ich, also ich doppelklicke die PLAY.exe und der kleine Info Text erscheint. Weiter geht es nicht, auch nicht, wenn ich STRG drücke... Ich dachte evtl. öffnet sich das irgendwo im Hintergrund, ich kann es aber im Taskmanager auch nicht finden...(bzw. evtl. heißt es anders bei Ten...)

Versuch mal die 32-Bit Version. Dazu muss Du vom Ordner "Engine" nach "Bin" und weiter nach "x86" gehen. Den Inhalt dieses Ordners kopiert du hoch in den Ordner "Engine". Da starte dann mal die "TombEngine.exe" direkt in dem Ordner "Engine". Vielleicht fruchtet das ja...
