Seems like that bull have nothing to do with secret. However, if that bull is disappeared, you will not get attacked by explosive in previous room.

[…] but could not figure out what it does ? in my case it didn't activate the trapdoor. it was activated after i step on the tile with lever and spikes holding burning torch. Even if both open the same trapdoor, that mean other one secret is missing. […] I figure it out. It is not pushable block that opens the trapdoor. You need to step on the tile with flare (even torch is not required). So I still got four secrets and one secret is still missing.

[…] For fist secret, you just need to stand on the tile, where spike get activated by pulling down lever. The trapdoor open in the room with pushable block Second secret open after killing the boss, you need to come back where you put canopy jars, the trap door is opened. Third secret open, after placing the canopy jars. You need to return back to the room that opens with star elements (long back tacking)

[…] Where the lever with spikes is, you have to pull out the pushblock and push it into the right corner. Look at the ceiling. It's different. After placing the canopy jars, the trapdoor does not open for me. Don't know where the last one is and inserting the scroll nothing happens. I am now in the room with the bossfight.

Ok, we don't need to deactivate that spikes. Stepping on the tile with torch will open the trapdoor near by with secret. Three more secrets I found were 2) Under pushable block 3) Underway passage that opens after placing canopy jars 4) Trapdoor that open after defeating the boss. Hope some one will give the hint for fifth secret
